Private Coaching

I offer private and discreet one-to-one coaching for high-achieving women, following Annie Grace’s books This Naked Mind and The Alcohol Experiment.

My goal as a This Naked Mind Certified Coach is to help guide you to a life that is full of freedom. I provide judgement-free guidance, support and accountability to help you achieve your goals one step at a time.

We will explore where you are today, where you want to be, and figure out what is getting in your way. This is not therapy, there is no digging through your past, this is all about moving forward to find a relationship with alcohol (or any other habits that are no longer serving you) that works for you.

You may have questions about what direction to take…Which is why I’m here to help YOU.

If you’re ready to get started, schedule a 30 minute breakthrough call below and I will work with you to decide on the best course of action for you.

"Eisha is a thoughtful guide and coach. I met Eisha when I was 20+ years into my career, a decade into my marriage, straddling the heartache of terminally ill parent and a toddler with a rare genetic disease, while also managing our company during the pandemic. I was navigating an internal journey questioning how everything had changed and become so hectic so quickly and I felt buried under a (perceived) unending to-do list, with too little sleep and seldom glimmers hope for a chance to catch my breath. Eisha helped me reconnect to what really mattered in my life, and helped me to recenter my focus and attention – starting with my body, breath, and body. Eisha uniquely understands the demands and pressures women in their mid-40s and 50s experience – and helps encourage and empower individuals to reconnect with their inner values, inner voice and inner joy – allowing them to bring their best self forward yet again. I have a renewed focus of my priorities and gratitude for my full life."

— TERESA H.

"Eisha has been instrumental in bringing me to a place of being comfortable in sobriety. I entered her program in March 2021. I wanted to be the healthiest I could be before having my second hip replacement. I floated through March but never felt I challenged myself as I was not out socially. So I signed up for another month of coaching. Here I am almost one year later, and with 2 exceptions (not binges, conscious decisions) I have not had or wanted a drink.”

— SUZY D.

"Eisha is an amazing listener. She has the patience of Job.”

— NANCY O.

"Eisha is such a thoughtful person, in the sense that she thinks through an idea carefully and responds with well-considered insights. She is smart and has broad intellectual capacity, but even more importantly, she listens. I participated in a three-month program with Eisha where she brought not just wisdom but total presence. She listens with her whole body, and I felt like she could see past what I was saying to understand what I was feeling. Eisha is a terrific blend of studious and book smart and emotionally intelligent. I learned a lot during my time with her."

— CAROLYN M.

"I had been trying to quit drinking alcohol for some time and had no luck on my own. With Eisha's help, I was able to quit drinking and stay alcohol free since Sept. 2020! She was fantastic! Empowering without being overly gratuitous; genuinely interested in me yet still professional. I've recommended her to others and have no hesitation recommending her for a senior TNM coach. She will be terrific!!"

— SUE B.

"Eisha has been my sobriety coach for 15 months. She is compassionate and dedicated. Very patient and kind. She guided me through this process and let me lead the way. Even when I had set backs or needed to take breaks from trying she was still encouraging and supportive. I am now 100 days sober - my longest streak and feel that she has helped things click for me. I highly recommend her as a coach for self improvement."

— KRISTIN

"Eisha has been extremely helpful to me over the past few months as I've been looking to change my drinking habits. I felt immediately comfortable sharing with her and felt listened to, understood and not judged at all. She was super supportive of my accomplishments and when I didn't meet certain goals, she was so helpful in reframing and revising them. I appreciated her sharing her successes and challenges from her own life as she went alcohol free and that part of Eisha (and I think coaching in general) felt much more genuine to me than traditional therapy where the therapist share so little about themselves. I think Eisha would make an excellent senior coach and her clients (students?) would be lucky to have her!"

— ANNIE

"I am so grateful to have the opportunity to work with Eisha. She is trustworthy, supportive, and extremely personable. Eisha is always encouraging and continues to be an insightful guide. When I reached out to her my main goal was to quit drinking. What I have experienced is so much bigger. Not only have I quit drinking – yay! – I am also discovering what brings me joy and how to support emotional balance. Eisha is an amazing coach and I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking not only to quit drinking, but to really start living!"

— HEATHER O.

"I am grateful and honored to be recommending Eisha as a senior TNM coach. She is enthusiastic and authentic. She believes in and really live the principals of the program. She is relatable and always willing to share her personal experience. She listens and really connects with others. She is compassionate and empathetic while challenging her clients to think differently about challenges. She has all the skills and the heart to be considered for a senior coach and then some!"

— JULIE B.

"I had the pleasure of being coached by Eisha Armstrong. Eisha provided me with specific, targeted tools and resources that helped along the way. Her sincere and caring approach spoke to me on so many levels and empowered me to believe in myself. I am forever grateful to Eisha for her guidance and commitment to leading me and walking with me through the process."

— ANDREA M.

"I worked with Eisha during the Dec 2020 PATH when I felt like I needed some help on other areas such as disordered eating that were coming up while becoming AF. I found her to be very helpful and would highly recommend her :)”

— SARAH S.
