Guiding high-achieving women to be fearless and live free

The glass of wine a night has turned into three or four.

You’re waking up hungover, feeling ashamed and missing important moments in the lives of your children, your relationships and in your career. You are not “on your game” and you secretly suspect that you are squandering the amazing potential inside of you. You want to lessen your drinking, but your attempts to control it don’t work. You are successful. You can set and achieve goals. You can ‘handle it.'

Can you?

I have been 100% in your shoes…

Waking up mad at myself, too exhausted to be the kind of mom and businesswoman I wanted to be, and embarrassed that I could not control my drinking.

Trying to psyche myself up for an early morning client meeting after having far too much wine at the dinner the previous night, and then drinks at the hotel before staggering off to bed.

Berating myself for overdoing it, once again, on a Friday night and not being able to take my son for the Saturday morning bike ride I had promised him.

Fighting through a killer hangover while leading a team meeting and wondering why even though I finally had my dream job I was still drinking?

Occasionally taking breaks from alcohol, only to find it was too much to think about, and things got in the way: “I’ll only have wine on the weekends (except when I have book club or client dinners or am on vacation, etc.).”

Deep down I knew that alcohol was holding me back from having the life I wanted.

I’m Eisha.

And I am on a mission to help high-achieving women like you live fearlessly.

My Story

I have always tried hard to look like I have it all together - Harvard MBA, mother of two boys, world traveler, successful businesswoman who also found time to become a certified yoga teacher. I even took the leap to leave my big corporate job to co-found a successful business consulting company.

But, every year my drinking was getting a little bit worse.

And no one knew.

I would joke with my colleagues (and drinking buddies) that we had bad habits, not drinking problems, but inside I knew I needed to reimagine my relationship with alcohol.

I felt like I had no self-control or willpower and I was stuck in a cycle of shame. After several family members struggled with severe mental health issues, I felt like the Universe was sending me flashing red lights and I had to get serious about my own mental health and well being. And I knew I needed accountability and advice.

I remember thinking...if I could just meet one person that I connect with to help me experience alcohol freedom, that it would make all the difference. I was lucky enough to meet that person and it was everything that I hoped for and needed. My goal is to be that person for someone else. I know how important it is.

My Journey

I read This Naked Mind and enrolled in Annie Grace’s 30-Day Alcohol Experiment. I worked with a coach and started to feel new energy and optimism. For the first time in decades, I experienced amazing alcohol-free moments such as traveling to Sedona and being fully present with my family while hiking among the beautiful red rocks and nature. Or traveling to Mexico and being clear headed for every part of the experience.

I’m now happily free from the obsession and control of alcohol. I learned I could travel, dine out, be social and relax without alcohol. I also saw how much better my sleep was, how I had less anxiety, no more shame and better moments with my family. I became a person of integrity again and I felt like I could trust myself.

Most powerful, I realized if I could free myself from problematic drinking, what else could I do in my life?

I want all of this for you.

“When I practice fearlessness in my personal life, it is easier to be fearless in my professional life. We are often much more capable than we think we are."

"Eisha has been my personal coach since I did the LAE in May 2021. She was one of the coaches during that month and I found her highly relatable as her story was much like mine. A successful career woman, similar age raising kids and the wine culture kind of creeped its way into her life. I began working with her at the end of June and also joined the July 2021 path. TNM and her coaching has transformed my life. I find she has excellent skills as Ana active listener, she is emphatic and compassionate yet will give me firm advise when needed. She often i references books and podcasts I find so effective in my life to keep me going in the right direction. I know she will be an excellent senior coach as she is passionate about her work and it comes as second nature to her. I hope she will get this opportunity as I know she will not disappoint. I am blessed to have her as my coach.”

"Eisha, I appreciate you more than you know! It’s been so helpful knowing that you’ve been there. The tools you share are clear and just what I need at the right moment. Your voice runs in the back of my head and helps me stay strong. I have a clear plan and believe in myself.”

— ANDREA M.

“Eisha, you are the mirror by which I see a clearer image of the competent and courageous woman that I am. Thank you for helping me to uncover my authentic self by assisting me to set challenging yet realistic goals that build upon my strengths. You have helped me reflect and experience the wonder of the present and have provided me with essential tools to realize the amazing possibilities for my future. I am grateful to you especially for meeting me where I am.”

— REBECCA H.

"I found Eisha in a pretty dark and lonely time for me. Eisha's calm and non-judgmental put me instantly at ease to be able to open up and speak freely about my goals, fears, and hard moments. She immediately made me feel loved and comfortable, and is the first person I felt able to open up about my alcohol use. She was always available outside of coaching sessions and remembered to check-in on me in moments she knew I may have a hard time with. Her investment in my happiness motivates me to continue to set goals."
